The following image depicts multiple closed perfusion flow circuit replicates using a multi-syringe pump with 3DKUBE™ 3D Cell Culture Plasticware.  A variety of pumping mechanisms (i.e., peristaltic, syringe, gravity) can be used to perfuse the 3D cell-scaffold construct contained within the culture chambers.  Common luer connectors, stopcock valves and tubing can be used to customize the perfusion flow circuit to accommodate the desired experimental protocol.
